About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of construction materials and overseeing site works.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills with experience in construction and engineering design, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.

Key Responsibilities:
- Checking the quality of materials such as Cement, Sand, Steel bar, and other Construction materials.
- Inspecting the quality of works during construction and checking actual construction against drawings and specifications.
- Coordinating with clients for revisions on drawings and construction, submitting weekly site works progress reports.
- Project Planning, Materials and Resources Forecasting, and Procurement processes.
- Preparing Drawings, Bar Bending Schedules, and Quantity take-off records.
- Layout and Marking Foundations and Execution of Entire Buildings Structures.
