We are seeking a skilled Event Coordinator to join our team.

Job Summary:

Our ideal candidate will have experience in event planning, logistics, and coordination. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of events from setup to conclusion.

  • Logistics and Setup: Coordinate with vendors to arrange necessary equipment, ensure all required items are available, and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Forklift Operation: Operate a forklift for moving pallets if certified and necessary.
  • Team Supervision: Manage and coordinate a small team to ensure effective communication and task completion.
  • Shift Work: Be available to work rotating shifts depending on event schedules.
  • Administrative Duties: Perform attendance management and basic administrative tasks to support the team's productivity.

Requirements:

  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a related field such as events or logistics.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Education: A diploma or degree in a relevant field such as hospitality or business administration.
