Job Description

As a senior event manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective event strategies that align with business objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to plan, coordinate, and manage logistics for various events including conferences, seminars, networking sessions, and corporate gatherings.

  • Develop strategic plans for events that drive business growth and enhance brand presence.
  • Manage event budgets while ensuring cost efficiency.
  • Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with vendors, venues, caterers, technology providers, and other service partners.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure events meet company and client expectations.
  • Take charge of on-site event management, ensuring all elements are executed flawlessly.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to promote events, create promotional materials, send invitations, and manage event registration.
  • Evaluate the success of events by gathering feedback, analyzing attendee engagement, and creating post-event reports with insights for future events.
