Job Description:We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to join our team as a Senior Event Coordinator. This role will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing high-profile events from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan and coordinate event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and technical setups.
- Manage event timelines and budgets to ensure seamless event delivery.
- Coordinate with vendors, stakeholders, and clients to ensure successful event execution.
- Create engaging event programs and promotional materials.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and partners.
- Monitor event success through attendee feedback and post-event evaluations.
- Minimum Diploma in Hospitality, Business, or related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple events simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills for vendor and client interactions.
- Ability to work well under pressure and solve problems on the spot.
