Clinical Support Specialist - IVL Procedures

As a key member of our team, you will provide expert support during coronary and peripheral Intravascular Lithotripsy (IVL) procedures. This involves combining in-procedure case support, physician and distributor training, and clinical trial facilitation to ensure the successful delivery of medical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver real-time clinical support during IVL procedures to guarantee seamless patient care
  • Guide clinicians through device preparation, imaging, and delivery using your expertise and knowledge
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for physicians and nurses to enhance their skills and confidence
  • Provide remote clinical support via on-call conference calls to cater to the needs of our clients
  • Train and certify distributors on product use to promote effective deployment
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in biomedical engineering or a related field such as life sciences or healthcare management
  • A minimum of 2 years of clinical support experience in interventional cardiology or cath lab environments with a proven track record of success
  • Familiarity with coronary or peripheral devices such as IVL or imaging catheters is essential for this role
