Expert Clinical Support Specialist for IVL Procedures

Seeking a skilled Clinical Support Specialist to provide expert support during coronary and peripheral Intravascular Lithotripsy (IVL) procedures.

  • Provide real-time clinical support during IVL procedures, ensuring optimal use of the Sonico-CX system.
  • Deliver comprehensive training programs to physicians, nurses, cath lab staff, and field teams.
  • Conduct technical presentations and workshops at hospitals, clinical meetings, and distributor events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support case calls or travel for urgent distributor-notified cases, with flexible availability.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with interventionalists and cath lab staff to promote early adoption and sustained usage.
  • Collect real-world product feedback and suggestions for improvement, serving as liaison between users and marketing/R&D teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in biomedical engineering, nursing, life sciences, or related field.
  • 2 years of clinical support experience in interventional cardiology, radiology, vascular surgery, or cath lab environments.
  • Familiarity with coronary or peripheral devices such as IVL, atherectomy, PTA/PTCA, or imaging catheters.
