Healthcare Clinical Support Expert

Assist with the execution of coronary and peripheral Intravascular Lithotripsy (IVL) procedures by providing expert support.
Key Responsibilities:- Offer real-time clinical support during IVL procedures to ensure optimal use of medical equipment.
- Guide clinicians through device preparation, imaging, and delivery, ensuring safe and effective technique.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for healthcare professionals.
- Provide remote clinical support to assist distributors with urgent cases.
- Train and certify distributors on product use, ensuring competency in procedural support and education.
- Deliver presentations and conduct workshops at hospitals, conferences, and distributor events.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with interventionalists and cath lab staff to promote early adoption and sustained usage.
- Support the setup and execution of local registries or observational studies, coordinating logistics and data collection.
- Present and support clinical trial materials, including study protocols and core lab manuals.
- Monitor post-market clinical follow-up and data integrity at assigned sites.
- Maintain accurate records of site visits, training sessions, and case support via designated tools.
