Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Metals Inventory Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day inventory management and logistics of physical metals. You will also assist with the growth and development of our processes and procedures.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage physical metals inventory and ensure accurate reporting
  • Collaborate with the Investment team to negotiate new physical purchase and sale contracts
  • Verify documentation related to contracts for refined metals and metals concentrates
  • Prepare and review purchase and sale contracts
  • Provide regular inventory updates to the Investment team
  • Maintain accurate documentation related to physical contracts and inventory
  • Oversee the management of shipments of refined metals and metals concentrates
  • Coordinate supervision of loading and discharging operations
  • Arrange laboratory testing and assay exchanges with suppliers and receivers
  • Coordinate inspections of inventory

Qualifications
  • 8+ years experience in commercial operations and logistics of physical metals including metals concentrates
  • Good understanding of LME and CME metals products
  • Demonstrate proficiency in all calculations used to support any products in your asset class coverage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
