Job Title: Senior Environmental Health and Safety Manager

The company is seeking a skilled Senior Environmental Health and Safety Manager to lead the development and implementation of environmental health and safety (EHS) programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain EHS policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.">
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate potential risks.">
  • Lead internal audits and investigations to identify areas for improvement.">
  • Develop and deliver training programs to ensure employees have the necessary knowledge and skills to perform their jobs safely and efficiently.">
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address EHS issues.">
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track EHS performance.">


Requirements:
  • ">
  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or related field.">
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in EHS management.">
  • Experience with ISO 9001/14001/45001 standards and audit practice.">
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.">
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.">
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.">


Preferred Qualifications:
