We are seeking an experienced Senior Facilities Manager to lead our site operations, ensuring seamless day-to-day activities and exceptional client satisfaction.

  • Manage all aspects of site operations, including budgeting, accounting, maintenance, and contract services.
  • Maintain positive client relationships through proactive communication and issue resolution.
  • Develop and implement standards and procedures to ensure consistency and excellence in facilities management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of disaster recovery and business continuity plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure vendors are well-managed, delivering services on time and within budget.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in facilities management, building, business, or related field.
  • 5-8 years experience in facilities, property management, or related field.
  • Experience working in semiconductor environments.
  • Knowledge of local occupational health and safety requirements.
  • Knowledge of critical facilities.
