Job Title: Senior Site Leader

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of projects. As a Senior Site Leader, you will report directly to the Project Manager/Site Manager and ensure that all work is conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with consultants to submit and obtain approval for materials and shop drawings.
  • Plan, program, and monitor work progress on site to ensure timely completion.
  • Coordinate inspection work by the Resident Engineer and Clerk of Works.
  • Handle technical and engineering problems that arise on site.
  • Ensure site safety and proper execution of site work procedures.
  • Monitor and coordinate the works of subcontractors, including structural and architectural work.
Requirements:
  • Civil Engineer registration with the relevant governing body (preferred).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a related field.
