Construction Leadership Opportunity

Our organization is seeking a seasoned Construction Site Leader to oversee daily construction operations and supervise a team of crew members.

This position involves ensuring that all construction projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards of quality. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing daily construction activities and monitoring crew performance.
  • Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Collaborating with project managers and subcontractors to meet project timelines.
  • Conducting site inspections and quality control checks.
  • Providing training and guidance to team members to enhance skills and productivity.
  • Monitoring material usage and inventory on-site.
  • Addressing conflicts and resolving issues that arise during construction.
  • Maintaining accurate records of work progress, labor, and materials.

Requirements for this role include:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in construction, with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety standards.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in basic construction management software and MS Office.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., OSHA, First Aid) are preferred.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are also required.
