Job Title: Site Operations Leader

We are seeking an experienced Site Operations Leader to oversee the management and control of all plant, mechanical and electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Leadership: Provide leadership and direction to multi-skilled Engineering Operations teams, ensuring effective hiring, motivation, development, training, and discipline of site operation technicians and maintenance teams.
  • KPI Management: Monitor KPIs and up-time requirements, ensuring delivery of planned and reactive activities within financial operating targets.
  • Site Reviews: Support site reviews, including maintenance standards, equipment replacement, security, change control, Tier adherence, and operational risk.
  • Contractor Management: Ensure delivery of site repair and maintenance carried out by subcontractors, monitoring, measuring, and reporting on their performance against contractual budgets.

About This Role: As a Site Operations Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our site, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. You will work closely with the Data Centre Operations Manager to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance our operations.

Requirements: To succeed in this role, you will need excellent leadership and communication skills, with experience in managing multi-disciplinary teams. You should also have a strong understanding of plant, mechanical, and electrical systems, as well as experience with CMMS platforms.
