Job Title: Site Operations Leader

  • Responsibilities:
    • Ensure efficient utilization of cleaning supplies and chemicals across various dishwashing machines.
    • Oversee the training of stewards on daily routines and tasks, emphasizing quality and productivity standards.
    • Maintain site cleanliness by ensuring timely availability of necessary supplies, consumables, and equipment.
    • Verify optimal machinery performance in line with cleaning requirements.
    • Track and measure utility rates, machine capacities, reject rates, breakage rates, and delivery efficiency to optimize operations.
    • Coordinate production workflows to achieve committed deliveries and quality targets.
  • Requirements:
    • Candidates from all experience levels are welcome to apply.
    • Prioritize adaptability, flexibility, and a willingness to learn.
    • Ability to work weekend shifts is essential.
    • The minimum educational requirement is a Diploma qualification.
    • A minimum of 4 years' relevant experience is required.
