Job Title: Site Operations Leader

Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to oversee the execution of works and ensure compliance with contract specifications, drawings, and site instructions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising a team of professionals and ensuring that all works are completed to the highest standard. The role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with other contractors and stakeholders.

  • Schedule and coordinate the workflow to meet project deadlines;
  • Supervise and mentor junior staff members;
  • Collaborate with contractors and suppliers to resolve any issues or discrepancies;
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards;
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on site activities and progress;
  • Liaise with clients and other stakeholders to ensure their needs and expectations are met;
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve site operations and efficiency;
  • Manage and control site resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials;
  • Implement and maintain high levels of quality control and assurance;
  • Maintain open lines of communication with the project manager and other key stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Postgraduate degree in Civil Engineering or a related field;
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction industry;
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects;
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, contractors, and stakeholders;
  • Ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions;
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint;
  • Familiarity with construction software and technology, such as Building Information Modeling (BIM) and computer-aided design (CAD).

Working Conditions:
