Job Title: Media Operations Specialist

As a Media Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for providing support in the setup and dismantling of media equipment for shoots. You will also handle post-production editing and organize digital archives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide photography and videography support for events, programmes, and outreach activities.
  • Assist in the management of media equipment inventory and ensure proper usage and maintenance.
  • Support with digital media administration (file management, equipment tracking).

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years' experience in photography, video production, and editing.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Lightroom).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Prior experience in heritage or public sector media work is an advantage.

Work Environment:

  • East area (Heritage Gallery)
  • Mon–Fri, 8.30am – 6.00pm
