Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Media Production Specialist to join our team. This critical role requires exceptional technical skills and experience in video production, editing, and IT system administration.

The Media Production Specialist will be responsible for ensuring all media equipment is fully operational and facilities function at an optimal level. Additionally, they will assist in the development of content as required, perform routine maintenance of equipment, and provide first-level technical support to the team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in video production and editing, as well as proficiency in operating video and sound equipment. They should also have experience in IT system administration and be willing to work on both weekend and/or Public Holiday as required.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to showcase your creativity and consultation skills by offering input and guidance on curriculum and non-curriculum projects. You will also be responsible for planning resources and manpower according to project scope, managing schedules and timelines, and implementing proper quality control processes.

Requirements include:

  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in operating video and sound equipment, as well as video editing and other tools/software used in producing online learning materials.
  • IT Experience: Experience in IT system administration and engineering.
  • Video Production: Strong background in video production and editing.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work on both weekend and/or Public Holiday as required.
