Key Responsibilities
The Communications Specialist will be responsible for supporting our Department in external communications, corporate branding, media relations, and internal communications. Key responsibilities include:
1. Developing and updating content on corporate website and social media channels
2. Crafting media materials including press releases, factsheets, and FAQs
3. Conducting media monitoring and analysis of coverage across mainstream and social media platforms
4. Organizing internal events with guidance from managers and coordinating all stages from planning to organizing to post-event reporting

**Requirements**
Bachelor's degree in Media and Communication, Marketing, Social Sciences or a related field
At least 2 years of relevant working experience in Corporate Communications / Marketing Communications / Public Relations
Prior working experience in healthcare sector is an added advantage
Strong written and verbal communication skills with proficiency in social media, content management systems, and events coordination
