Compensation and Benefits Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Compensation & Benefits operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing payroll processing, developing and enhancing C&B policies, and administering employee benefits programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of HR professionals in C&B operations, ensuring seamless day-to-day processes and strategic planning
  • Oversee end-to-end payroll processing to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with employment laws and regulations
  • Approve payroll reports and ensure proper documentation for audits, maintaining transparency and accountability throughout the process
  • Develop and enhance C&B policies, including salary structures, benefits, and incentive programs, aligning them with industry best practices and company goals
  • Conduct salary benchmarking and market analysis to maintain competitive compensation, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement
Requirements
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, demonstrating a solid understanding of employment laws and regulations
  • At least 8 years of HR experience, specializing in Compensation & Benefits and Payroll, with a proven track record of success in leadership roles
  • Proven leadership experience in managing payroll and C&B operations, with expertise in talent acquisition, development, and retention
  • Strong understanding of Singapore employment laws, payroll regulations, and statutory requirements, with the ability to interpret and apply them effectively

Meticulous, well-organized, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment are essential skills for this role, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
