Our client is seeking a seasoned professional to lead their Total Rewards initiatives. This role offers the opportunity to make a lasting impact on employee engagement and retention.

About the Role

This position is responsible for managing end-to-end annual salary review processes, ensuring competitive, equitable, and compliant compensation structures. The successful candidate will conduct job benchmarking using market compensation surveys and intelligence to determine appropriate pay ranges by location.

The ideal candidate will have experience in developing, analyzing, and maintaining pay scales for specific office geographies, ensuring alignment with market trends and internal equity. They will also design and implement global mobility frameworks, including policy development, market analysis, and compensation cost projections for international assignments.

In addition, this role involves collaborating with HC Business Partners to support employee relocations and ensure global compliance in mobility processes. The successful candidate will also support the evaluation and maintenance of job grading structures, ensuring consistency, fairness, and competitiveness across roles.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

The successful candidate will have a degree in Human Resource Management or a related field, with 8-10 years of relevant experience in Total Rewards functions. They will possess excellent analytical and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

A strong understanding of global mobility and relocation policies is essential, as is the ability to maintain confidentiality at all times. The ideal candidate will be a good ambassador for the company, pleasant, positive, and open, with excellent organization and time management skills.

In addition, they will have a structured and systematic work approach, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. A high level of professionalism and integrity is required, as well as a commitment to diversity and inclusion.
