Job Title: Senior Construction Cost Manager

As a seasoned Contract Senior Construction Cost Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing construction projects and ensuring accurate financial management.

  • Leading the team in interpreting contract documents and drawings.
  • Providing expert advice on contract provisions and risk management.
  • Managing measurements and cost breakdowns to ensure project deliverables are met.
  • Preparing payment certifications to subcontractors and suppliers, as well as payment claims to clients.
  • Identifying and evaluating variation works to optimize project outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or equivalent with at least 3 years of experience in senior roles.
  • Ability to read, understand, and execute work based on complex construction drawings.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
  • Strong analytical, meticulous, and negotiation skills with excellent interpersonal and good business acumen.
  • A dynamic, positive, forward-thinking personality with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines is an added advantage.
