Job Title: Senior Construction Cost Manager
About the RoleWe are seeking a seasoned construction cost manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing expert cost management and quantity services to support the successful delivery of our diverse construction projects.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in M&E QS field. You will possess excellent communication and written skills, as well as expertise in tendering, project cost control, and contract administration in M&E works.
Key Responsibilities- Estimate project costs, prepare specifications, bills of quantities, and other tender documents;
- Review and incorporate reliable vendor lists;
- Analyze and evaluate quotations acquired;
- Track, record, and submit detailed variation claims;
- Evaluate and provide expert advice on construction project costs;
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering;
- At least 3 years of working experience in M&E QS Field;
- Excellent communication and written skills;
- Familiarity with tendering, project cost control, and contract administration in M&E works;
- Meticulous, analytical, and proactive with strong problem-solving skills;
