Wealth Products and Operations Control Testing Leader

We are currently seeking a high-caliber professional to join our team as Vice President, Wealth Products and Operations Control Testing Leader - Hybrid.
This role is part of the Wealth Products and Operations Control Testing Team responsible for testing controls designed and owned by Citi's Wealth Product and Operations departments.
About the Role:- Test controls in wealth products and operations to ensure their effectiveness and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address testing gaps and opportunities.
- Develop and execute comprehensive testing plans to validate control designs and operating effectiveness.
- Analyze test results and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Maintain accurate records of testing activities and findings.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in software testing or quality assurance.
- Strong understanding of testing methodologies and techniques.
