Wealth Products and Operations Control Testing Leader – Hybrid
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to take on a leadership position within our Quality Assurance department. As a Vice President, you will be responsible for overseeing the testing of controls designed and owned by Citi's Wealth Product and Operations departments.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and implement best practices to enhance the overall quality of our services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of professionals in conducting thorough tests of controls to ensure their effectiveness and efficiency;
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and develop test plans;
- Analyze results and provide recommendations for improvements;
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies;
