Job Summary:
Data Center Operations Engineer is responsible for the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and improvement of critical facilities in our Data Centers. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of infrastructure services.

About the Role:
This position requires a highly motivated individual with experience in data center operations, electrical and mechanical systems, and vendor management. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of critical facilities, including power, cooling, and security systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and contractors to ensure smooth execution of site works.
- Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis to resolve facility and rack-level events.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in data center operations or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, including power distribution, cooling systems, and fire suppression systems.
- Experience with vendor management and contract administration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
