**About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Operations Manager to lead our operations teams in Singapore. This role will oversee the Critical Facilities Engineer team and play a key part in ensuring that new expansions are delivered on time and meet world-class standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Management : Manage a team of critical facilities engineers, including electrical, mechanical, and controls engineers. Lead teams to work safely, effectively, and with a strong emphasis on avoiding human error.
  • Site Management : Supervise regular preventative maintenance activities, develop and manage routine operational plans, and implement innovative strategies to proactively address potential issues.
  • Incident Management : Strive for zero downtime in mission-critical facility environments, communicate and coordinate activities with on-site staff during incidents, and supervise root cause analysis and resolution.
  • Project Management : Manage complex projects, including project budget and scope, and designate work to the team. Work with global and regional teams to support various initiatives and projects.
  • Vendor Management : Oversee contractor work and operations to ensure completion to required standards, conduct regular audits and assessments, and maintain compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

  • Typically, over 7 years of relevant experience in data center or mission-critical industries.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and develop a diverse team, leveraging proven managerial experience to foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to conduct root cause analysis and provide effective solutions to incidents.
  • Proven experience in vendor management, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
