  • Update reserves in a timely and realistic manner, maintaining accurate records.
  • Identify and effectively manage potential fraudulent claims, upholding the company's standards.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional service, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, service providers, and intermediaries to facilitate smooth claim processing.
  • Mentor junior staff members in their support roles, promoting knowledge sharing and growth.
  • Review and optimize work processes to enhance operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Pursue and follow up on recovery claims to ensure timely resolution.
  • Conduct regular active file reviews to ensure compliance and quality standards.
Requirements:
  • Minimum qualification of Diploma or Degree with Certificate in General Insurance (CGI) or relevant insurance equivalent.
  • At least 2 years (Executive) / 5 years (Senior Executive) of motor insurance claims assessment experience.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a positive working attitude.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to multitask and work effectively in a team.
