We are seeking a highly skilled Insurance Claims Manager to join our team at TOKIO MARINE INSURANCE SINGAPORE LTD.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Manage and process motor insurance claims efficiently, ensuring timely and equitable resolutions within established turnaround times and company procedures.
- Update reserves in a timely and realistic manner, maintaining accurate records.
- Identify and effectively manage potential fraudulent claims, upholding the company's standards.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional service, ensuring a positive experience.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, service providers, and intermediaries to facilitate smooth claim processing.
- Mentor junior staff members in their support roles, promoting knowledge sharing and growth.
- Review and optimize work processes to enhance operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Pursue and follow up on recovery claims to ensure timely resolution.
- Conduct regular active file reviews to ensure compliance and quality standards.
- Minimum qualification of Diploma or Degree with Certificate in General Insurance (CGI) or relevant insurance equivalent.
- At least 2 years (Executive) / 5 years (Senior Executive) of motor insurance claims assessment experience.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a positive working attitude.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to multitask and work effectively in a team.
