Job Description:We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Temporary Administrative Assistant to support our team during a busy period. This role involves performing a variety of administrative and office support tasks to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage data in spreadsheets and reports
- Assist with evaluations of various projects and business results
- Provide support in drafting and editing documents in English
- Contribute to office environment improvement initiative.
- Assist with the planning and execution of exhibitions and events
- Provide general administrative support, including answering phones, managing emails, and scheduling appointments.
- Coordinate meetings, including logistics and materials preparation.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and packages.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- -Singaporean citizen or Permanent Resident
- -University graduate or soon-to-be graduate eligible for employment.
- -Proficient in English and Korean.
