Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and resourceful Marketing Senior Executive to support our business development and marketing initiatives. The successful candidate will work closely with our lawyers and managers to provide support and work on projects, including:

  • Firm collateral development, publications, and other marketing communications efforts
  • Staff engagement initiatives, including internal events and activities
  • Client relationship and management activities, including client events
  • Corporate social responsibility initiatives
  • Award and ranking submissions
  • Media relations and monitoring
Key Responsibilities

The Marketing Senior Executive will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing marketing strategies to support business development initiatives
  • Creating and maintaining firm collateral, publications, and other marketing materials
  • Coordinating staff engagement initiatives and internal events
  • Supporting client relationship and management activities, including client events
  • Developing and implementing corporate social responsibility initiatives
  • Assisting with award and ranking submissions
  • Monitoring media relations and providing support as needed
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in any discipline, with 1-3 years of working experience
  • High comfort level with navigating IT platforms, with a solid proficiency in Microsoft applications
  • A good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English
  • Resourceful, flexible, and responsive in dealing with people
  • Meticulous, with an eye for detail
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to multi-task and perform under pressure to meet tight deadlines
