Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Human Resources Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resource management, with expertise in talent acquisition, employee development, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective HR strategies to support the organization's business goals and objectives.
  • Manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including manpower planning, recruitment, training & development, policies review, payroll verification, and monthly HR reports.
  • Handle recruitment and hiring process for management staff and workers, including work pass matters.
  • Provide HR direction and support to the management team.
  • Plan, budget, and execute employee welfare programs.
  • Ensure accurate and timely payroll transactions and claims processing.
  • Create and maintain employee data, exit interviews, turnover statistics, and absenteeism reports to identify trends and training needs.
  • Manage WDA training grants, course registration, and training records.
  • Manage insurance renewal and employee exit/resignation process.
  • Work with managers to provide advice and assistance on administrative support, employee benefits, and HR policies.

Requirements:

  • Possess a Master's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of related working experience in a related field.
  • Bilingual in English and Chinese to liaise with Chinese-speaking internal/external personnel.
