Job Title: Human Resources Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive human resources specialist to manage daily HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, and payroll processing.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of human resources policies and practices and excellent organisational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily human resources operations, including payroll processing, compensation & benefits, training & development, and employee relations.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding and exit interviews.
  • Maintain and update the human resources database and employee records accurately.
  • Prepare, draft, and review human resources documents such as job offer letters, confirmation letters, and increment letters.
  • Liaise with relevant authorities for work pass applications, renewals, appeals, and cancellations.
Requirements:
  • Degree/Diploma in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • 3–4 years of relevant human resources experience.
  • Strong knowledge of the Employment Act and human resources policies & regulations.
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to maintain high professional integrity.

The successful candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Advanced Excel, and have a keen eye for detail.
