Job Title: Project Procurement Specialist
Our company is seeking a skilled Project Procurement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the project team, you will be responsible for managing contracts and projects from inception to completion.
- Develop and implement effective contract management strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
- Prepare and negotiate contracts with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Manage project procurement processes, including tendering, contracting, and invoicing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project risks.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as procurement, business administration, or engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project procurement or a related field.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
