Job Description

As a seasoned procurement specialist, you will oversee the procurement process for various projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards.

You will be responsible for managing supplier relationships, negotiating prices and terms, and preparing commercial and technical bid packages.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, proficiency in Mandarin, and experience in project procurement management.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Background in engineering, business administration, or supply chain management
  • Minimum 3 years of project procurement experience in refinery/chemical/oil & gas industry
  • Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Mandarin
  • Possess supplier negotiation and supplier management skills/experience
  • Proficient technical software skills to keep accurate and easily accessible records: Intermediate level on MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word
