Job Title: Business Development Manager
We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our growth efforts. As a key member of our team, you will identify new business opportunities and drive sales in local and international markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to pursue new business opportunities in domestic and international markets.
- Foster strong relationships with suppliers, buyers, and key partners to drive revenue growth.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of the competition and identify trends, competitors, and new sales channels.
- Promote our products through engaging presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing terms with clients and partners to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of deals and meet sales targets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or trading.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong networking and relationship-building capabilities.
- Able to work independently and effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Proficient in English; additional languages an asset.
- Will travel for business meetings and industry events to expand professional network.
