Job Title: Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced business development professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through sales strategy, partnership development, and customer relationship management.

About the Role:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet business objectives and deliver commercial targets.
  • Sell our tech solution to clients by identifying their needs and introducing our products.
  • Identify new business opportunities to drive growth across various markets.
  • Build strong relationships with existing contacts in the industry to drive business growth.
  • Consultative selling to clients across various industries.
  • Lead project set up and work with colleagues to deliver high-quality projects at a healthy margin.
  • Work with the Head of Sales on annual budgeting and regular reporting of sales pipelines and revenue forecasting.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in sales at Digital Marketing Agencies or AdTech companies.
  • Experience in dealing with Agencies and direct brands.
  • Entrepreneurial flair, excellent client relationship skills, and commercial savvy.
  • Broad curiosity and passion for telling stories in new ways.
  • Superior new business and client management skills.
  • A genuine passion for sales and a desire to attract the best projects and clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate a strategic brief into a creative execution.
  • Excellent leadership skills across all levels, strong communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and confident in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledgeable and rooted in the digital marketing industry.
  • Teamwork and collaboration: Enthusiastic team player.
  • Good command of English (both spoken & written).
