Are you a seasoned professional with a knack for building relationships and driving business growth? We're looking for an exceptional individual to join our team as a Business Development Manager. As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to capitalize on them.
**Key Responsibilities:**
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase portfolio utilization and reduce attrition.
• Support portfolio growth through new lending and higher client utilization.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
• Perform financial and qualitative assessments of companies to determine their creditworthiness.
**Requirements:**
• Diploma and above in a relevant field.
• At least 3 years of working experience in trade finance and real estate/property lending.
• Strong credit and financial analysis skills.
