Senior Construction Project Manager

The Senior Construction Project Manager oversees the execution and delivery of data center construction projects, with a specialization in Air Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation (ACMV) systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage ACMV projects from initiation to handover.
  2. Define project scope, deliverables, and resource requirements.
  3. Develop detailed project schedules and budgets.
  4. Monitor progress to ensure timely completion and within budget.
  5. Collaborate with senior management for deadline alignment.
  6. Track and report project progress, resolving issues proactively.
  7. Supervise site workers to ensure quality workmanship.
