**Job Title:** Data Center Operations Leader

The primary objective of this role is to oversee the daily maintenance and operation of data center facilities, ensuring that all active and redundant equipment remains serviceable.

To be successful in this position, you will need a strong technical background, preferably in Electrical or Mechanical engineering, as well as relevant working experience in data center facilities management and operations.

Key responsibilities include routine facilities activities such as critical system checks and functional testing, responding to alarms/faults, identifying and analyzing trends, and implementing corrective actions as needed.

This role also involves facilitating data center projects, site construction activities, and installations, coordinating with external contractors and testing in adherence to operational standards.

You will work closely with customers to ensure contracted service level agreements and key performance indicators are met or exceeded. Additionally, you will be responsible for attending to customer requests and deliveries, scheduling, coordination, and completion of planned and emergency maintenance events, and supporting various accreditation, certification, and compliance initiatives.

  • Required Qualifications:
  • Degree graduates in Electrical or Mechanical engineering or equivalent qualifications
  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience in data center facilities management and operations
  • Candidates without required academic credentials but with at least 4 years of relevant working experience in data center facilities management and operations

Strong technical and functional skills, knowledge of facilities management and operation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, water, construction, fire protection, customer support, data center, electrical, service level, compliance, scheduling, manufacturing, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, facilities management, and EHS are essential for success in this role.
