Data Center Operations Leader

Job Overview
\We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to manage our team of data center technicians. As a Data Center Technician Manager, you will be responsible for leading the installation, maintenance, and decommissioning of hardware equipment in our data centers.
\Key Responsibilities
\- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of data center technicians to ensure timely and efficient completion of tasks.
- Hardware Deployments: Oversee the installation and configuration of hardware equipment in our data centers.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues with hardware equipment.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure optimal performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications
\- Leadership Experience: 1+ year(s) experience directing, supervising, or managing others.
- Technical Knowledge: Basic knowledge of computer hardware and components.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
