Data Center Operations Leader

The Role
Join us to lead data center operations at a senior level.
This is an exciting opportunity to spearhead strategic initiatives and drive operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Leadership: Oversee joint venture operations in Indonesia, managing performance, financial metrics, uptime and SLA compliance, standards adherence, customer installations, vendor management, maintenance, security, and contract alignment.
- Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with regional teams in procurement, sustainability, security, asset management, engineering, sales, and customer success to achieve business objectives.
- Operational Excellence: Implement global standards and ensure consistent execution across all operational touchpoints.
- Critical Infrastructure Expertise: Support operational integrity through expertise in critical infrastructure (mechanical and electrical systems).
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report on performance metrics, applying financial acumen to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Significant experience in managing data center operations with deep expertise in critical environments on owned or leased sites.
- Deep understanding of operational performance, financial metrics, and industry standards.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
