Job Title: Regional Offer Management Specialist

 

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Regional Offer Management Specialist. This pivotal role focuses on driving operational excellence, aligning regional strategies with global objectives, and upholding commercial interests.

The successful candidate will lead the offer management team in APAC, developing and executing strategies that enhance alignment with global goals and foster a commercially astute approach. You will oversee the full lifecycle of our offerings, ensuring they meet evolving market demands and drive profitability.

The ideal candidate will possess strong commercial acumen, a strategic approach to business growth, and exceptional collaborative and communication skills. A minimum of 5 years' experience in offer management or product management, ideally within a B2B HVAC industrial environment, is required. At least 3 years' experience in a leadership role with significant commercial responsibilities is also necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute offer management strategies that enhance alignment with global goals and foster a commercially astute approach.
  • Oversee the full lifecycle of our offerings, ensuring they meet evolving market demands and drive profitability.
  • Develop robust pricing strategies and compelling value propositions that resonate within the APAC markets.
  • Collaborate closely with R&D, Sales, CoE teams, Marketing, and Operations to ensure a cohesive execution of strategies and maintain alignment with overall corporate objectives.
  • Engage continuously with customers and industry experts to gather insights that inform our strategic decisions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in offer management or product management, ideally within a B2B HVAC industrial environment.
  • At least 3 years' experience in a leadership role with significant commercial responsibilities, including direct P&L management.
  • Proven track record of aligning regional strategies with overarching corporate goals.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a strategic approach to business growth and profitability.
  • Exceptional collaborative and communication skills, capable of working in a multicultural and matrixed organization.

Travel Requirements:

Approximately 20-30% travel across the APAC region is expected.
