Job Summary:

Tapestry is seeking an experienced Indirect Procurement Manager to join its Procurement team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing indirect procurement categories, including Marketing/Digital, Corporate Services, Store Ops, and Packaging.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing sourcing strategies, executing RFXs, negotiating contracts, and managing supplier relationships. They will also be responsible for working with stakeholders to establish requirements, specifications, and operational needs for assigned sourcing projects.

This role requires strong negotiation skills, analytical abilities, and attention to detail. The successful candidate will also possess excellent communication skills, with proficiency in English and Mandarin, to effectively engage with suppliers from China. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is also essential for this role.
