Job Title: Business Development Expert

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Business Development Expert to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to drive business growth and expansion.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop annual marketing plans that meet targets by working closely with buyers on product specifications and delivery schedules based on customer requirements.
  2. Coordinate with the Sales Admin team to arrange shipments and ensure timely delivery.
  3. Prepare sales forecasts for management reviews to inform strategic decisions.
  4. Visit stores to build stronger business relationships and enhance customer service levels.
  5. Promote new products to new customers through effective sales strategies.
  6. Negotiate with suppliers and principals on pricing and better trading terms to maximize profitability.
  7. Lead and monitor the performance of sales merchandisers to achieve sales goals.
  8. Foster strong relationships with buyers to propose product promotions, new products, and price changes.
  9. Maintain visually appealing store displays and counter areas through regular visits.
  10. Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media.
  11. Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing efforts.
  12. Create compelling content for marketing materials, including social media posts and email campaigns.
