Job Title

We are seeking a Senior Manager to join our team as a Strategic Partnership and Business Partnering expert.

The ideal candidate will have experience in healthcare workforce planning, medical manpower management, and stakeholder engagement.

The role involves developing sustainable medical workforce strategies, supporting cluster committees, and providing secretariat services for the NHG Medical Manpower Council.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field;
  • At least 8 years of experience in healthcare workforce planning or medical manpower management;
  • Strong understanding of Singapore's healthcare system and medical workforce regulations;
  • Proven experience in stakeholder management and committee work;
  • Experience in data analysis and outcome measurement;
  • Excellent project management skills;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Knowledge of healthcare productivity frameworks;
  • Experience in healthcare transformation initiatives;
  • Ability to work with senior stakeholders, including MOH officials and senior medical professionals;
