About the Role

This is an ideal opportunity for early-career professionals with strong analytical, organizational and communication skills who are keen to build a career in project governance and administration.

As a Project Governance and Administration Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of projects within the Shared Platform team. You will be responsible for tracking and reporting project progress, collating and maintaining staff numbers, seating plans and asset inventory, and liaising with stakeholders to consolidate information for reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Tracking and Reporting: Track and report the progress of projects within the Shared Platform team, providing regular updates to management.
  • Staff Management: Collate and maintain staff numbers, seating plans, and asset inventory, ensuring accurate records are kept.
  • Stakeholder Liaison: Liaise with stakeholders to consolidate information for reporting, ensuring all necessary data is collected and reported accurately.
  • Reporting Dashboards: Enhance and update reporting dashboards to meet evolving business needs, providing clear and concise insights into project performance.
  • Project Governance Support: Provide project governance support, ensuring compliance with corporate standards and best practices.
  • Project Administration: Support project administration, including onboarding/offboarding and documentation, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed and filed accurately.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business or related field.
  • 1-2 years' relevant PMO / Project Admin experience, preferably within a financial institution.

You will also possess:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to review data and identify gaps.
  • High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in reporting and documentation.
  • Excellent communication skills – able to present complex information clearly.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Good time management; able to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and a strong team player.
