Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Process Developer to join our team. As a key member of our manufacturing group, you will be responsible for developing and implementing new processes that drive efficiency and productivity.

Your primary focus will be on designing tools and fixtures using Autocad and CNC programming, working closely with other team members to ensure seamless integration and high-quality results.

You will operate high-precision equipment such as vacuum furnaces, dicing saws, and precision waterjets, supporting the training of staff and line operators on manufacturing processes and ensuring quality procedures are in place.

You will also perform preventive maintenance on machines and prioritize workplace safety at all times, collaborating with integration and test teams to develop critical-to-quality metrics, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to improve yield.

Requirements

  • Minimum secondary or diploma in a relevant field such as mechanical engineering, mechatronics, or manufacturing.
  • At least 2 years of experience leading manufacturing processes in fields such as semiconductor front-end or back-end manufacturing, wafer bumping, dicing, mask design, plating, and thin-film process development.
  • Excellent analytical, verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
  • Hands-on fabrication skills including mechanical assembly, mechanical design, manufacturing, and mask design.
  • Experience working with delicate high-tech equipment.
  • Experience in statistical analysis methods and tools, design of experiment.
  • Understanding of materials characterization and failure analysis techniques.
