Job Title:
R&D Executive

Job Description:
Our esteemed client in the Manufacturing industry is seeking a highly skilled professional to join their dynamic team. As an R&D Executive, you will be responsible for conducting routine quality evaluations on raw materials and finished products to ensure compliance with internal standards. You will collaborate closely with the R&D team to support the testing and application of raw materials in product trials. Your key responsibilities will include proposing and developing new raw material concepts, contributing to recipe innovation, and assisting in refining existing materials to improve product performance or efficiency. Additionally, you will liaise with relevant departments to explore and evaluate new ingredient sources for development purposes, contribute to scale-up process planning, maintain a clean and organized laboratory and pilot production area, and support documentation efforts relating to food safety systems and regulatory compliance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you will require a minimum Diploma or ITE in Culinary, Food Science, Food Technology or any other related field. At least 1 year of related working experience would be preferred. You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
