Job Overview:

  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences by providing daily counter services to clients.

  • Process labels and stickers for urn storage and Ji-Ling services efficiently.
  • Assist in organizing annual prayer events to promote a sense of community.
  • Coordinate with customers to collect photos for niches and ancestral tablets, ensuring timely completion.

Essential Qualifications and Skills:

  • Qualifications: Minimum GCE 'O' level certification or equivalent.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of frontline working experience, preferably in customer-facing roles.
  • Languages: Proficiency in both English and Mandarin (written and spoken) is mandatory for effective communication.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, good customer service, attention to detail are essential.
  • Traits: A team player with a positive attitude, adaptability, and ability to work weekends and public holidays is required.
  • Preferences: Willingness to work with after-death care service associates is desirable. Dharma knowledge is an added advantage but not necessary.
