Frontline Service Representative

As a Sports Desk Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the seamless operation of our sports facilities and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Manage bookings and inquiries from members at the sports desk.
- Process payments using point-of-sale systems and other payment methods.
- Support the administration of sports activities and record booking information accurately.
- Issue towels and locker keys to members and ensure sign-in and sign-out procedures are followed.
- Return related equipment and towels after use.
- Handle registrations and withdrawals of sports activities and training programs.
- Perform administrative tasks, including data entry and correspondence handling.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Preferably GCE N/O Levels (or equivalent) or ITE Nitec/Higher Nitec in Services Management/Hospitality Operations/Event Management/Sport Management/Business Administration;
- Proficiency in oral and written English; another language is an asset;
- At least 1 year of working experience in the hospitality industry handling frontline services;
- Candidates without experience are welcome;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills;
- A positive attitude and strong team player;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office skills required;
