Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled technical professional to join our team as an MRO Coordinator.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to resolve technical inquiries from ships/vessels on Nordic systems.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers, responding promptly to their needs and concerns.
  • Review customer technical specifications and work closely with the application team to ensure successful bidding of jobs.
  • Monitor and follow up all quotes submitted, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities to open new sales and develop business growth strategies.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in technical support, preferably in a maritime or logistics setting.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Proficiency in using Nordic systems and software applications.
  • A proactive approach to customer relationship management and sales development.
